We don’t use government seals or logos, and nothing on GovCrow is an official notice. Agency names and “SAM.gov” appear only to say where public information comes from and to link to the official source.
Information may be wrong, late, or out of date
Solicitations, deadlines, set-asides, documents, and amendments change, and agencies can cancel or reissue them without notice. We copy data from a public file about once a day, and what you see may miss, mis-summarize, or lag behind a posting. Titles, dates, places, agencies, and classifications can be wrong or missing. Our trade labels and “About this bid” summaries are generated automatically and can be mistaken. Descriptions are shortened. We make no promise that anything is complete, accurate, or current.
Verify with the issuing agency
Before you act on anything you see here, open the official notice on SAM.gov (every bid links to it) and confirm every detail, including the response deadline and time zone, requirements, and amendments, directly with the issuing agency or contracting officer. The official posting always controls.
Sponsors are not endorsements
Some boxes on GovCrow are paid placements. They are always labeled “Sponsored.” We don’t check, guarantee, or endorse any sponsor or what it says or sells, and being a sponsor does not mean a business is approved, qualified, or connected to any government. Deal with sponsors at your own judgment.
